The hotel has clean and nicely decorated rooms with attached balconies. The washrooms are well-maintained. The hotel is located close to the railway station and easily accessible by auto-rickshaw. The restaurant serves delicious and affordable food. The thali is a must-try.
The towels provided in the rooms were not absolutely clean. The bed sheets had a few patches/stains.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Haridwar and had a great experience. the location is very convenient, being within walking distance from the railway station. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit places like Rajaji National Park. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and provided good service throughout my stay. They were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch, providing a satisfying start to my day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
